All NIAH users are set up with the appropriate permission level to enable them to access the relevant parts of the application, and perform their tasks.
Having listened to feedback from our customers, it was clear we needed to introduce a more granular and flexible way to set these user permissions, making them more specific to certain areas of the application.
This release sees the introduction of this new user permission functionality.
To improve the clarity of information presented in NIAH, we have introduced a new Task type of Manual Step.
These Tasks are not an exception, they are expected as part of the automation flow, where human intervention is part of the design.
To compliment this, the related Job status will also show as Manual Step.
In addition, we have added the phase name to the Job status shown in the Activity Feed.
This provides a clearer picture of where each Job is currently processing within the defined automation flow.
