We have redesigned the NIAH home page, to make it more focussed on what our customers are asking for.
The familiar information showing the count of Unassigned Tasks / Business Exceptions to review / Tasks on hold / Tasks pending approval are still there, then following these we have included eight analytics charts giving an insight into all the workflow statistics of your automations.
If you have multiple automations then which one is used in these charts can be selected above the top chart (or you can select all automations), and each chart can show information related to the last seven days, or the entire current calendar month.
