Action Manager Tasks can be put into an 'On-Hold' status. Functionality has been added to lock the content shown in the Document Details and Line Items tabs to avoid changes being made whilst the task is on-hold. Taking the task off-hold will unlock this content.
If the latest version of the OCR service is installed, users can now specify extraction rules which dictate how specific document items are extracted by the bot. This can be used to permananetly correct common extraction issues.
We have introduced support for bots dequeuing jobs from NIAH on the same phase. This will allow bots to be easily scaled across busy phases by simply adding another bot to the phase.
When API keys are in use, their lifetime is cached for performance. We have updated the key system to allow for keys to be revoked whilst in the cache, allowing for total removal of keys on revoke.
